REFUND POLICY

At LIENNTJEGLOBAL, we stand behind the premium quality of The Paris Edition. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a transparent and secure 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:* Unworn or unused
* With all original tags and protective seals intact
* In its original, undamaged packaging
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Elite Support team at contact@lienntjeglobal.com. 

Please note: Returns must be sent to our official fulfillment address, which will be provided to you by our support team upon approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at contact@lienntjeglobal.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue right away and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care goods (such as cosmetic liquids or opened skincare consumables) cannot be returned once the protective hygiene seal is broken. High-end beauty electronics, fitness tech, and wellness devices can always be returned, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Global Refunds & Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. 

* For International Orders (Worldwide): All approved returns requested within our 30-day policy will be issued in the form of an exclusive LIENNTJEGLOBAL Digital Gift Card (Store Credit). This allows you to easily select any other premium solution from our collections.
* For European Union Orders: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers shipping within the European Union have the right to a full refund on their original payment method if the return is requested within the official 14-day cooling-off period. Returns requested from day 15 to day 30 will be issued as LIENNTJEGLOBAL Store Credit.
